In a context where users are becoming increasingly agile and demanding with their environments, it's essential to offer them high-value tools and services that meet their expectations.
I work with teams to analyze and diagnose services to identify opportunities for improvement and/or innovation.
I optimize the user experience of your services by collaborating with product teams to create a tool that addresses real user problems, increasing user engagement and thereby driving business or added value.
👀 My curiosity leads me to work across all sectors (transportation, industry, banking, environment, public sector, institutions...). I approach projects with fresh eyes and a lot of patience to familiarize teams with design and UX, depending on their level of maturity.
💜 My ideal project would be in the public sector or industry, as well as tangible projects. I love working on physical products that employees handle. The public sector interests me because users don't have the same freedom of choice in services as they do with marketing products. Efforts to improve user experience, while dealing with administrative and legal constraints, are even more complex, and I love complexity! Why industry? I love the stories behind companies and the real-world challenges they face on the ground.
